2. Section 3.3 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 3.3. Reconveyance of Unused Property. In the event CITY and DSRSD <br />do not, on or before June 30, 1996 enter into the agreements and implement them <br />as contemplated in the MOU, CITY shall reconvey to the LINS any portion of the <br />Property not required by CITY for the Tank Site." <br />3.
