Medians, Fire Stations & Main Street Landscape Project No: PWD 26.301 The progress and standard of quality of work to be accomplished under this contract shall be to the degree acceptable to the Parks Division Manager. In the event that the Parks Division Manager determines that Contractor's work is unsatisfactory, Contractor may be required to perform additional work at no cost to the City. D.The City will do the following: 1)Periodically inspect the work to assist in ensuring the work meets the City's standards. 2) Parks Division Manager will be available during regular scheduled hours to discuss and resolve any concerns of the Contractor. E.General: The Contractor shall furnish supervision of their crew and inspection of landscape conditions daily. The City reserves the right to request the removal of any employee of the Contractor. F.Supervisor: Landscape Supervisor will have a minimum of five (5) continuous years as supervisor of complete landscape maintenance service and at least two (2) years performing duties of a foreperson. If the Contractor elects to move or change the site Supervisor, prior approval must be obtained from the Parks Division Manager. G.Foreperson/Crew Leader: Crew Foreperson shall have two (2) continuous years of on-the-job experience performing pest management and fertilizing, as well as general shrub, tree, and groundcover trimming activities. If the Contractor elects to move or change the site Crew Leader, prior approval must be obtained by the Parks Division Manager. H.Irrigation Technician: Irrigation Technician shall have at least one (1) continuous year of on-the-job experience performing sprinkler and valve repairs as well as irrigation controller programming. I.Pesticide Technician: Pesticide Technician shall possess a current State Qualified Applicator License.
