RESOLUTION NO. 90-30 <br />TRI-VALLEY TRANSPORTATION COUNCIL <br />.ADOPTING A TRI-VALLEY TRANSPORTATION <br />COUNCIL WORD PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, the jurisdiction named below have formed the Tri-Valley <br />Transportation Council for the purpose of addressing transportation and related issues in <br />the Tri-Valley Area; and <br />WHEREAS, the member jurisdictions have unanimously agreed on the <br />purposes and intent of the organizations as outlined in the Memorandum of Agreement; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Tri-Valley Transportation Council has reviewed in detail <br />policies and plans, growth estimates, issues and opportunities and possible work program <br />activities as outlined in the Report, "A Perspective on Tri-Valley Transportation", prepared <br />by the Metropolitan Transportation Council; and <br />WHEREAS, one of the most important objectives has been to prepare a work <br />program for the Tri-Valley Transportation Council which implements the purposes of the <br />organization; <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the member jurisdiction that the attached Work <br />Program is hereby adopted; and the Technical Advisory Committee is requested to prepare <br />a detailed report outlining the methods of achieving this work program for future action by <br />the Tri-Valley Transportation Council. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to <br />be executed and attested by their proper officers duly authorized and their official seals to <br />be affixed hereto as of the date first set forth above. <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />SL l 11 1'111)0 <br />Date <br />Approved as to Form: <br />Approved as to Form <br />KELVIN Fi.
