1 It therefore appears to the court that consideration <br /> 2 from the plaintiff has been provided for in the Judgment. <br /> 3 Therefore , it is ordered that the parcels of land <br /> 4 described in Exhibit C to the Judgment are hereby taken and <br /> 5 condemned for uses and purposes as set forth in Section l(c) <br /> 6 of the Judgment. <br /> 7 It is further adjudged that each such use is a public <br /> 8 use and a use authorized by law. <br /> 9 It is further ordered that a copy of this Order and <br /> 10 Judgment be filed in the Office of the Recorder of Alameda <br /> 11 County, California, and thereupon the estate as to parcels <br /> 12 A-1, A-3 , C-1 , C-2 , C-5 , and C-6 and the easement interest <br /> 13 as to parcel C-7 shall vest in plaintiff. <br /> 14 A description of the property ordered to be taken and <br /> 15 condemned as provided above is attached hereto with the <br /> 16 label "Exhibit C" and is hereby incorporated by reference in <br /> 17 its entirety. <br /> 18 DATED: May 24, 1984 <br /> 19 RAYMOND L.
