Both include an inaccuracy <br />that I think needs to be corrected. <br /> <br />The Notice states that the planned development is "...on the southerly <br />sides of the Vintage Heights and the Grey Eagle Estates <br />developments." My development, which is adjacent to the Lin property <br />on it's north side, is called Vintage Hills II. There is a Vintage <br />Heights development, but it is north of Arbor Drive, and does not abut <br />the planned development. <br /> <br />The Vintage Hills II development includes 75 homes on Arbor Drive, <br />Matero Court, Navelle Court, Tokay Court and Rhine Way. Our development <br />has extensive open space which is immediately adjacent to the Lin <br />property, as well as a community pool. I live at 3248 Arbor Drive, and <br />have served on the Home Owners Association board of directors as President. <br /> <br />Please correct this error.
