102.6 Following each calendar quartet, the operator shall submit to the County a report <br /> specitying the amount of fees paid during such calendar quarter by the operator, <br /> inclut lng the fees specified in Conditions No. 102.2 and 102.3. <br /> <br />103. Expiration o1'~ this Conditional Use Permit shall coincide with facility closure and thirty- <br /> y~ ~ogtelo~ nrc maintenance and monitoring requirements as established under CCR <br /> Title 23 (Sub iitle D) or other successor regulations. <br /> <br />104. Pursuant to S~ction 17.52.050 of the Alameda County Zoning Ordinance this Conditional <br /> Use Permit ~hall be implemented according to the schedule described in the project's <br /> description, jif the project is not substantially implemented within a term of three (3) <br /> years followi6g the aforementioned schedule, it shall be of no force or effect. <br /> <br />105.
