Notices required Io be given surely or Subdivider shall be addressed as follows: <br /> <br /> Provided that any party or the surety may change such address by notice in wriling to the <br /> other party and thereafter nolices shah be addressed and transmitted lo lhe new address. <br /> <br /> 17. Binding on Land and Successors. All covenants, promises and agreements <br /> contained in this Agreemen! shall periain to and do hereby expressly run with lhe ]and <br /> controlled by Subdivider and described herein. This Agreement shall bind and inure to <br /> the parties hereto, including heirs, assigns, execulors, administrators, and all other parties <br /> whether they succeed by operation of law or voluntary acts of Subdivider. Signatures <br /> and execution of all parties shall be acknowledged before a notary public. Either party <br /> may file and record this agreement with the Recorder of Alameda County. <br /> <br /> 18. Joint and Several Liability. The obligations of Subdivider are join! and <br /> several as to each and all of the signatories to lhis Agreement.
