Prior to approval of a Final Map, a "Prospective Home-Buyers' <br />Package", which shall include the Design Review Board approved <br />architectural and landscape guidelines, all conditions of <br />approval of the POD and Tentative Map, and indicating the <br />responsibilities of the developer and property-owner/buyer <br />regarding all site and lot improvements shall be submitted for <br />the review and approval of the Planning Director and city <br />Attorney prior to publication and prior to approval of the Final <br />Map. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
