Traffic: o Speeding o Speed bump would help the speeding problem o People use her drive way to do u-turns . Parking: o Big problem now and will only get bigger with more children o HOA is always talking about the parking problem at their meetings. o Parking on street make visibility reduced and unsafe for children and the speeding cars o Own child was almost hit because of the parking and speeding problem o The space in front of applicant's home is sometimes already being used when the next parent arrives and that requires them to park and impact the other homes. . Safety: o Children walking to school from daycare is unsafe, o Parking on street limits sight o Use of the facilities o Speeding o The u-turn make it unsafe for others o Volume of traffic . Noise: o The noise from drop-off and pick-up is noticeable and makes the neighborhood too busy. Would like to have a calm neighborhood to live in. o The action at the facilities makes it uncomfortable for resident users trying to use the facilities too. . Future issues: o Feels that the close proximity to Thomas Hart Elem. School makes too desirable location for the applicants to refuse to expand their operation as much as possible.
