At the bottom of this spreadsheet, you will see <br />tabs for four worksheets: Project Information, Design Review, Plan Check and Scorecard. You will only be able <br />to fill out selected portions of the first three worksheets (Project Information, Design Review and Plan Check). <br />The Scorecard worksheet is automatically tabulated; it can be viewed and printed as a summary sheet and <br />snapshot of the project's status. <br />This tool has two methods for entering project data: 1) the check boxes, and 2) the notes fields. Check boxes <br />correspond to points that are automatically tallied on the Scorecard worksheet.
