<br />Tree Report, Vineyard Townhome Condominiums <br />Pleasanton, CA <br />September 15, 2005 <br /> <br />HortScience, Inc. <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />Preservation of these trees is predicated on the impacts being within the tolerances of the trees <br />and on the implementations of specific recommendations in the Tree Preservation Guidelines. <br />If the recommendations cannot be followed selected trees may require removal. <br /> <br />I recommend removal of the remaining 44 on-site trees including 11 Heritage trees (Table 3). <br />Twenty-three (23) trees are recommended for removal because of their poor condition and poor <br />suitability for preservation.
