Chapter 10: Plan Administration <br />MIS Timeline <br />3 Months After adoption of the plan and formation of the Council, MIS - <br /> committee will be formed. <br />10 Months A preliminary report on current data collection, outcomes - <br /> measurement, and communication within continuum of care agencies <br /> will be presented to the Council. <br />13 Months A draft of minimum MIS standards with recommendations will be <br /> circulated for feedback. <br />17 Months A revised draft based on feedback will be circulated. <br />19 Months A final draft will be presented to the Council for approval. _ <br />21 Months Orientation and training will be provided to agencies on the <br /> _ <br />minimum system standards.
