Electrical Permit Fees INITIAL PLAN CHECK: When a plan is required to be submitted, the following fee is required at the 25% of Electric time plans are submitted Permit Fee (For subsequent models of same plan, a plan check fee will be collected on an 'as needed' basis only) ($70 m!nimu m) ADDITIONAL PLAN CHECKS: Plans submitted to the Building Department are assumed to be complete and ready for construction. In some cases, designers submit plans in various stages of completeness and hence a plan correction list ensues.
