Mechanical Permit Fees INITIAL PLAN CHECK: VVhen a plan is required to be submitted, the following fee is required at the 25% of Mechanical time plans are submitted Permit Fee (For subsequent models of same plan, a plan check fee will be collected on an 'as needed' basis only).
