Plumbing Permit Fees INITIAL PLAN CHECK: When a plan is required to be submitted, the following fee is required at the time plans are submitted ~ Permit Fee (For subsequent models of same plan, a plan check fee will be collected on an 'as needed' basis only) :ADDITIONAl, PLAN CHECKS: Plans submitted to the Building Department are assumed to be complete and ready for construction. In some cases, designers submit plans in various stages of completeness and hence a plan correction list ensues. In all cases Time and Material the initial plan review fee covers the cost for the first plan review, initial Basis response to the first correction, and subsequent plan check only.
