Plumbing Permit Fees ADD ADD INITIAL PLAN CHECK: When a plan is required to be submitted, the following fee is rec~uired at the 65% of Plumbing ADD time plans are submitted Permit Fee ADD (For subsequent models of same plan, a plan check fee will be collected on an 'as needed' basis only)($70 minimum) ADD ADDITIONAL PLAN CHECKS: Plans submitted to the Building Department are assumed to be corn plete and ready for construction.
