EXHIBIT H CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. XX-. RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BERNAL COMMUNITY PARK MASTER PLAN WHEREAS, the City has prepared a draft master plan document for the Bernal Community Park proposed on an approximately 50-acre site located south of Bernal Avenue at Pleasanton A venue (hereafter the "Master Plan"); and WHEREAS, the proposed Master Plan calls for a variety of sports fields, open space, amphitheater, picnic areas, trails and other recreational amenities, as set forth more particularly in the attached Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, the Youth Master Plan Implementation Committee held a public meeting on February 13,2006, and provided comments regarding the proposed Master Plan; and WHEREAS, the Civic Arts Commission held a public meeting on March 6, 2006, and provided comments regarding the proposed Master Plan; and WHEREAS, the Youth Commission held a public meeting on March 8, 2006, and provided comments regarding the proposed Master Plan; and WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission held a public meeting on March 9, 2006, and provided comments regarding the proposed Master Plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public meeting on April 26, 2006, and found that the proposed Master Plan is consistent with the goals and policies of the Pleasanton General Plan, the Bernal Property Phase I Specific Plan, and the Draft Bernal Property Phase 11 Specific Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOL YES AS FOLLOWS: Section I: Finds that the proposed Master Plan is consistent with the General Plan, Bernal Property Phase I Specific Plan, and Bernal Property Phase II Specific Plan.
