PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br /> <br />a. Review and Consideration of the Draft Environmental Impact Report for the <br />Bernal Property Phase II Specific Plan and the Bernal Community Park <br />Master Plan <br /> <br />Mr, Wayne Rasmussen noted that he was working on the Bernal Property project for the City <br />and noted that Mr, Jolm Dowden of Dowling & Associates helped to prepare the traffic section <br />of the Draft Environmental Impact Report (OEIR) and was subcontracted by the EIR consultant, <br />Mundie & Associates, He noted that this presentation would begin the formal public review <br />process of the Bernal Property Phase II Specific Plan document, the Community Park Master <br />Plan document, and the combined EIR for those two plans, He noted that public comment would <br />be taken with respect to the adequacy of the DEIR, <br /> <br />EXCERPTS: PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES, February 22, 2006 <br /> <br />Page 1 of6 <br />
