My concern is my home at 1796 ~questrian Drive is on the corner of
Equestrian and Cameron. The side of my home is 24 feet from Cameron Street. Cameron
Street is the main avenue to the new project. It will be heavily traveled during
construction and with an additional 200 + new cars estimated to be using Cameron Street
daily after construction.

The noise level as the traffic increase will impact booth our personal lives and property
value. I have requested Ponderosa build a stone noise wall (not wood) 8-10' feet tall, if
not higher matching the design of the project along Cameron Street. They have agreed to
do something, but I want to make sure that what I am requesting happens before actual
construction begins. We were told to expect a major invasion of rodents, etc into our
property once the project starts.

I am requesting the Planning Commission support on my behalf.

Sincerely,

Larry A.
