I appreciate the fact that you typically run <br />these meetings in the evenings so we can attend. <br /> <br />I have one request unrelated to the development <br />itself, but instead related to your procedure for <br />documenting the minutes. <br /> <br />It has come to my attention that the City of <br />Pleasanton publishes public comment on pending <br />developments and planning issues on the web, along <br />with the name, address, phone and email address of <br />those commenting. <br /> <br />I do not mind having this information about us being <br />recorded as part of the public record, but I DO NOT <br />want it published on the web.
