<br />The site was analyzed for the presence of residual pcsticides and pesticide-relatcd mctals from <br />thc formcr walnut orchard. The analysis and results are containcd in thc "Soil and Ground Wa- <br />tcr Quality Evaluation, Lehman/Selway Propcrty, Plcasanton, California", dated April 4, 2005, <br />prepared for Ponderosa Homes by Lowney Associates. Eight soil samples wcrc collccted from <br />random locations on thc sitc and one sample was collected from insidc an cxisting structure for <br />laboratory analysis. Residual pesticides and mctals wcre dctcctcd at very low levels less than <br />thc Preliminary Remediation Goals (PRG) establishcd by thc United States Environmental Pro- <br />tection Agcncy (USEPA) and the California Human Health Screening Levels (CHI-ISLs) for <br />residential sites.
