<br />Commissioner Arkin moved to: (1) find that the proposed project will not have a <br />significant environmental impact and that the Mitigated Negative Declaration is <br />appropriate and recommend approval ofthe Mitigated Negative Declaration; (2) find that <br />the proposed amendment to the Pleasanton General Plan conforms to the goals and policies <br />ofthe General Plan and recommend approval of Case PGP A-ll changing the land use <br />designation ofthe 30-acre Austin property from Rural Density Residential (1 du/5 ac) to <br />Low Density Residential (<2 du/ac) land uses; (3) find that the proposed PUD rezoning of <br />the subject property from A (Agriculture) District to PUD-LDR (Planned Unit <br />Development - Low Density Residential) District on the remaining 22 acres, and the <br />PUD development plan subdividing the subject property into eight custom home sites and <br />designating the remaining 22 acres as permanent open space conforms to the purposes of <br />the PUD ordinance; and (4) make the PUD development plan findings as stated in the staff <br />report and recommend approval of Case PUD-58, subject to the conditions of approval as <br />shown on Exhibit B of the staff report, as recommended by staff, with the modifications <br />that Condition No. 54 be deleted as it is already included in the design guidelines. <br />Commissioner Fox seconded the motion, <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />RECUSED: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Commissioners Arkin, Blank, Fox, Olson, and Pearce. <br />None. <br />None. <br />None. <br />None. <br /> <br />Resolution Nos.
