I have reviewed the various <br />proposals they have made to the City and appreciate how they have worked in addressing the <br />neighbors' concerns, as well as the City's concerns, This latest proposal tries to provide both the <br />Boyces and the neighbors with the best of both worlds, where at the same time using the <br />substandard lot to its utmost potential without a severe impact to the neighbors, <br /> <br />I have known and personally looked over many of Dustin's local construction projects and find <br />that he goes the extra mile to provide the best possible product, I find him to be very workable <br />with suggestions and know he and his wife and their 4 year old boys will enjoy their upgraded <br />home for a long time to come, <br /> <br />If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact me at <br /> <br />Steve Wickersham <br />3365 Prairie Drive <br />Pleasanton, CA 94588 <br /> <br />9/21/2006 <br />
