We are neighbors about 4 doors down on the same court. They have a growing family in a <br />small house and can well use the extra space. Their proposed addition is well below the height limit for our area <br />and will be attractive and in the right scale for the neighborhood. <br /> <br />The trend today is towards larger houses as can be seen in the newer real estate developments in Pleasanton. In <br />order to keep our Pleasanton Heights neighborhood attractive to young families, we need to be open to owners <br />making additions to their houses. Our Pendleton children have only 5 more years till they're off to college. so we <br />do not plan to expand our house.
