Page I of I

Natalie Amos

From:
Sent: Monday, February 06, 2006 11 :44 AM

To: Natalie Amos

Subject: 779 Mirador Court addition

Dear Natalie,
We received a notice that the owners of 779 Mirador Court are planning to add a second floor addition plus
expand their first floor. We have strenuous objections to the second floor addition, especially if it calls for an
entire second level that extends the length of the current structure.
The property is directly behind us. A second floor addition would block our view and seriously devalue
our home at 790 E. Angela St. It would also reduce our privacy with views from a second story of our backyard,
family room and two bedrooms.
We have no objection to an expansion of their first floor but it is not fair to me and my neighbors to approve a
second story addition.
What can we do to stop this as it relates to the second story addition? Regards, Dennis and Barbara Georgatos

6/9/2006
