Page I of I

Natalie Amos

From: .
Sent: Thursday, March 30, 2006 8:23 AM
To: Natalie Amos
Subject: Re: 779 Mirador Crt

Hi Natalie
As I mentioned yesterday, I am away the week of April 10-14. This renders me unable to present my
feelings on the project. I assume that one has the opportunity to discuss the matter with the planning
commission so I would request that the meeting be rescheduled for a time when I can appear.
In the meantime, to reiterate my thoughts, this massive expansion is inappropriate for this neighborhood,
will destroy the openess that I enjoy in my house and yard, and impact my properties value and
saleability in a negative way.
I invite the planning commission members to visit my property and get a first hand feel of the
destructiveness of this kind of development to this neighborhood.
Regards
Tim Bennett

Natalie Amos <namoS@Ci.p/easanton.ca.us> wrote:

Dear neighbors of 779 Mirador Court,

After talking with the Knights and meeting with some of the neighbors, the City has decided that no
matter the decision of the Zoning Administrator there would be an appeal by one of the parties; therefore
it would be more productive for the project to be heard by the Planning Commission. Please disregard
the Zoning Administrator hearing for Thursday, April 13 at 3:30. The project will be presented before the
Planning Commission on Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at 7:00 PM. If you are unable to attend the
Planning Commission meeting, or should you have any correspondences that you would like included in
the staff report to the Commissioners, please provide them to me by 5:00 PM tomorrow, Thursday,
March 30. Also, the two meeting's with Donna that are scheduled for Tuesday, April 11, 2006 will still
stand.

Should you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Natalie E.
