I would also like to inform you that a Zoning Administrator (ZA) hearing for this project has <br />been scheduled for March 9 at 3:30. The ZA hearings take place at the Planning and Community Development <br />Department located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue. I would like the applicant and concerned neighbors to meet before <br />the hearing, February 15 or the 21 st, so that comments and/or questions can be addressed in a timely manor. <br /> <br />I would also like to set up a time to meet with you at your home, before the meeting and ZA hearing, so that I can <br />better address your concerns. I live at 784 East Angela Street. I strongly <br />oppose the construction of a second story on this property...in fact at 1692 sq ft the extension alone is <br />bigger than my house! I bought my house because of its private back yard and beautiful views. A second <br />story will look into my yard and house, removing the privacy I enjoy and obstructing my views.
