I am also asking the neighbors if they are okay with the June 14th date. If
either party is not okay with the June 14th date, then staff will schedule the hearing for May 10th or 24th, as
required per the Pleasanton Municipal Code.

If the hearing is scheduled for May 10th or 24th, it is likely that this item will not be heard until really late at night
(maybe 11 or 12), hence the request for the delay. If it is scheduled for June 14th it is likely that this will be the
first or second item on the agenda. We are leaving it up to you and the neighbors to decide which night is the
best. I have attached a waiver form to this email for your signature and return to the Planning Department if you
are okay with June 14th.

Sincerely,

Natalie E, .A.mos
Assistant Planner
CITY OF PLEASANTON
(925) 931-5613

Planning and Community Development
PO Box 520
Pleasanton, CA 94566

6/9/2006
