<br /> <br />July 5, 2006 <br /> <br />pLEASANTONe <br /> <br />Re: Case PAP-93/ Georgatos, appeal of Case PADR-1472 Knights 779 <br />Mirador Court <br /> <br />Dear Resident, <br /> <br />At its June 28, 2006 hearing, the Planning Commission upheld the appeal PAP-93 <br />in favor of the Georgatos (Appellant) thereby denying the design review approval <br />for PADR-1472 (Knights) by the Zoning Administrator. The Knights have <br />appealed the Planning Commissions decision and therefore the project will be <br />presented before the City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommended staff coordinate a mediation process, led <br />by a previous Planning Commissioner to act as a facilitator, prior to the project <br />being presented before the City Council. Additionally, the Planning Commission <br />provided specific parameters for the mediation process.
