We had a landscape company recommended by Peter Schutts come by today for an estimate.
We're having another company come by Saturday to give us another estimate. A third company came by
last weekend and gave a ballpark figure of about $16,000 just for the retaining wall. With the demolition
of the two old fences and construction of one new one, we're thinking the cost could be around
$20,000. Hopefully, it will be less but as of now we don't know. We will have written estimates soon but
we wanted to know how you feel about splitting this type of cost because it is much more than we
expected. Please let us know and if we do come to some sort of agreement we can have Jerry Iserson
write it into mediation report. Also was wondering if you heard back from Peter about the revised sight
line drawings. Sincerely, Dennis and Barbara Georgatos

10/4/2006
