Ge <br /> <br />Go <br /> <br />Reimbursement Policy <br /> <br />Council members shall be reimbursed for legitimate expenses incurred on City <br />business, including attendance at approved training seminars and conferences, in <br />accordance with existing, policies as set forth in the City's reimbursement policy <br />for conferences, meetings, and travel, attached as Appendix B. <br /> <br />ReimbUrsement for Expenses <br />The Mayor and all Council members may submit reimbursement for expemaea <br />incurred for city buainesa subject to any limitations adopted by the City Council <br />through the adoption of the annual budget or any other action of the Counc~ <br />Requeata for reimbursement are submitted on the appropriate forms to tim City <br />Manager for proc. easing and m enaur~ the request is in accordance with all ~ <br />council policies. <br /> <br />Failure to Observe Policies <br /> <br />Failure to observe any of thc listed policies or proced~ does not serve as an <br />independent source of challenge to any decixion or action of the City Council, nor <br />does it' serve as evidence of impmt~ conduct in any challenge to any action by <br />a City Council member or by the Council as a whole. <br /> <br />$1m'nension of These Policies <br />Any provision of these policies not already governed by the Pleasanton Municipal <br />Code may be temporarily suspended by 3 affirmative votes of the Council. <br /> <br />Amendment of Th~se Policies <br /> <br />These pohcies may be mended by additions or deletions or new policiea adopted <br />by 3 affirmative votea of the Council, provided the proposed amendment or new <br />policies are introduced into the record at a prior Council meeting. <br /> <br />CS/kb(a: \ccrulea. txt) <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br /> <br />
