Discussion D ~ D D ~ D D ~ D a-d) The proposed development would occur on an existing parcel where there is an existing caretaker residence, and several other accessory buildings. Adjacent land uses are agricultural and residential. No native habitat occurs in these areas or within adjacent areas. No wetlands or sensitive habitats occur on the project area. No wildlife corridors occur within or adjacent to the project area. A site visit showed no nesting sites in the project area. Therefore, this would be a less-than-significant-impact. e) All existing trees on the site would be preserved. Therefore, this would be a less-than- significant-impact. f) There is not Habitat Conservation Plan for the area. Therefore, this would be no-impact. 5. CULTURAL RESOURCES Environmental Setting The subject site is not located in an area identified as having site-specific historical, archeological, paleontological, or geologic features or resources. The City of Pleasant on has, however, experienced development locations where archeological resources have been found in the form of Native American burial sites. The City now has a policy that all projects incorporate into project design and as conditions of approval that provide on-site expertise during the construction phase. 13
