SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />The Saint Elizabeth Seton Church occupies an approximately 12-acre site at the southeast corner <br />of Stoneridge Drive and Rheem Drive. Existing improvements include the <br />sanctuary/chapel/office building, two paved parking lots, and landscaped areas. Existing <br />driveways off Rheem and Stoneridge Drives provide access to the parking lots. The western and <br />eastern portions of the site arc undeveloped.
