This line of power <br /> <br />poles is being moved by the Valley Avenue Extension project but <br /> <br /> <br />is not being undergrounded. The Landowner understands and con- <br /> <br /> <br />sents that, in conjunction with any discretionary project approv- <br /> <br />al on the Auf der Maur Parcel, the City ....ill require underground- <br /> <br /> <br />ing of the P G & E power line along the entire frontage of the <br /> <br /> <br />Auf der Maur Parcel. <br /> <br />8. Washington Street Abandonment. <br /> <br />a. The City will process a street vacation for <br />Washington street easterly of the northerly terminus of Wyoming <br />street. r <br /> <br />b. The City will retain existing public utility ease- <br /> <br /> <br />ments in the segment of Washington Street to be vaca~ed. <br /> <br />c. Landowner agrees that there shall be no Stanley <br />Boulevard access from the remainder parcel. <br /> <br />9. Covenants to Run With the Land.
