<br />~? <br />" <br /> <br />>//- <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-84 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH FRANK AUF DER KAUR <br />AND KONRAD RICKENBACH RE BERNAL AVENUE BETWEEN STANLEoY <br />BOULEVARD AND DEL VALLE PARKWAY <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The city Council approves the agreement between <br />the City of Pleasanton and Frank Auf der Maur and Konrad <br />RiCkenbach, regarding construction of and partial <br />reimbursement for Bernal Avenue between Stanley <br />Boulevard and Del Valle Parkway, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br />agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 16, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers <br />None <br />None <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />- Brandes, Wilson and Chairperson Mohr <br /> <br />Butler and <br /> <br />MaYO~k}lt~u <br /> <br />KENNETH R.
