January 2, 2007
Mr. Mark Smead
862 Gray Fox Circle
Pleasanton, CA 94566
Michael M. Aminian
865 Clara Lane,
Pleasanton, CA 94566
Re: PUD-561865 Clara Gene, Pleasanton, CA 94566
Dear Mark,
Thank you for taking time to meet with us, and our Architect on December 21~. 06.
Per you request, enclosed herewith, please fmd an actual Photo Simulation for the new home (Lot 1)
which has been prepared by MI Architects, taking picture from your rear yard. As I explained, we
wanted a void punching holes on the existing roof. Therefore, I requested my contractor to install the
left pole approximately 10 feet beyond, where it shows on the actual drawing. That is why the house
looks longer than it actually is.
T'he poles and orange netting were installed by my General Contractor on December 07, 06 and is still
standing there for your review.
For your satisfaction, I am still willing to lower 2 feet of the existing grading, and push the soil to the
north side of the property Building 2 feet retaining wall in the rear of the new building, in order to
preserve the existing tree roots, and therefore, lower the elevation by two feet.
In addition to the above, [will be lowering the top of the roof by one and one half foot.
Furthermore, as recommended by HORTSCIENCE in ,4rborist report dated April 26, 06, there are 13
existing trees, which shall remain urrtouched. We are planting 9 more trees of !Multiple Trunk
Fruitless; 3 Oiive Trees (24") and 6 Pepper Trees (15 gallons) today, to screen and block any possible
part of the new home.
Again I thank you for your time, and [look forward to hear from you, if there is any questions or
concerns. Happy New Year!.........
Regards,
1~fichael hI.
