After <br />review of the information on file in the Planning Department, the Planning Director has granted <br />the requested extension subject to the following conditions of approval: <br />1. Condition No. 3 of Z-96-107 shall be modified to allow the temporary modular <br />buildings to remain on the subject site at the current location until June 30, 2007. <br />The applicant shall maintain and paint the buildings, as necessary, to keep them in <br />clean and neat condition. <br />2.
