MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />May 9, 1984 <br />Page ll <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey that <br />case Z-84-126 be recommended for approval subject to the conditions of the staff report <br />and that two conditions be added; one to reflect that the parcels shall be merged prior <br />to building permit issuance or that some other reciprocal agreement completed prior <br />to this matter going before City Council, and that egress be allowed onto Old Bernal <br />Avenue but subject to approval of the City Engineer. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Lindsey and Vice Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Chairman Doherty <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2475 was entered and adopted recommending approval of case Z-84-126 <br />as motioned. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The Planning Commission meeting of May 9, 1984 was adjourned at 10:20pm by Vice <br />Chairman DeWitt Wilson. <br />espectfully submitted, <br />~ti~ <br />Robert J.
