The Financial Institution position remains unfilled. <br />Pamela Ott commented that the Mills Corporation, owners of Stoneridge Mall, was recently <br />sold to Brookfield Management, Inc., a Canadian investor, noting that the City is unclear as to <br />what the change in ownership may bring, but is confident that Stoneridge Mall remains a <br />prime property in the new owner's prortfolio. <br />A suggestion to change the EVC time to a luncheon meeting was forwarded, with Pamela Ott <br />asking for comments. Also a change in location is being reviewed; Teralyn Fredericks offered <br />to host the meetings at her business location. Members responded that the time of 7:30 am <br />worked best for them and they did not mind the OSC as the meeting location. <br />Ralph Sabiel suggested that each member be responsible for bringing refreshments to the <br />meeting, and asked for a reminder to be put on the agenda. <br />MEETING ADJOURNED <br />Meeting was adjourned at 9:06 am. <br />
