The benefits ($$'s) DO NOT out weigh the <br />negative impacts, which include: <br />Substantial increase in car and TRUCK traffic <br />More cross town trips than our interior roads can handle (or should be required to handle) <br />An eye sore that degrades the visual impact of our "town". <br />Please KEEP big commercial business on the periphery of town, and close to major freeways and roadways it <br />belongs. <br />Respectfully, <br />Trizia Hill Magagnini <br />5136 Blackbird Drive <br />~! 10!? 007 <br />
