Another place of congestion and concern is at <br />SmokeTree Commons (Bernal and Vineyard). The traffic congestion generated by the numerous visitors of <br />Shadow Cliffs Regional Park during summer time is more than enough. Let's keep this area as residential. <br />Let's keep our children safe when playing at the recreation parks in the area (Tawny and Bernal Aves).
