<br />,-^, <br />Upon motion of Chairman Plato, seconded by Commissioner Carrigan, and carried, <br />the following resolution of intent was adopted unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 864 <br />k'HEREAS, a resolution of intent to amend Article 22, <br />Sec. 22.104 Title Section by adding the words, <br />"or Sign," after the word, "Structure," and <br />the words, "or in the case of Signe with any <br />of the requirements of Article 17 hereof" after <br />the words, "in which the structure is located..." <br />in Sec. 22.104a, has come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Coa®isaion of the City of <br />Pleasanton hereby approves said resolution of <br />intent to amend Sec. 22.104a of Article 22 of <br />Zoning Ordinance No. 520. <br />There being no further business, upon motion of Commissioner Gibbs, seconded by Commissioner <br />Arnold, and carried, the meeting was adjourned at 11:45 PM. <br />- 14 - <br />
