I was on vacation and only realized that you had emailed me about this.
VVith regards to our earlier discussions, I mentioned that Zone 7 does not own or maintain a portion or the Line S-
2-1 drainage ditch situated near 5998 Sunol Blvd. Zone 7 had a drainage easement farther downstream of your
location, but it was relinquished to the City of Pleasanton earlier this year.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. If you can't or are reluctant to put something in writing, what's the
best way for me to document that it's not under your jurisdiction?
Thanks
Nick
From: Nick Kavayiotidis [mailto:nkavas@petrainvestors.com]
Sent: Wednesday, November 08, 2006 4:24 PM
To: 'jtang@zone7water.com'
Subject: B-2-1 jurisdictional determination in writing
Jeff,
I spoke to you on October 25th about the local drainage creek on my property named B-2-1. You mentioned to
me that Zone 7 never had jurisdiction over the creek/drainage channel on my property and that Zone 7 had
released its drainage easement rights to the City of Pleasanton for the section of B-2-1 in the Bernal area some
cif ~i~nn~
