There are no paved drive aisles on the subject properties with <br />the exception of two short driveway sections off two of the Sunol Boulevard curb cuts. There <br />are no paved drive aisles or parking spaces on the properties. The properties have flat to gently <br />sloping terrain. Several trees are located on the properties.
