20.34.010 Chapter 20.34 SIGN CODE Sections: 20.34.010 Uniform Sign Code Adopted 20.34.015 Fees 20.34.020 Section 103(d) Amended -Penalties For Violation 20.34.010 Uniform Sign Code Adopted: A. There is adopted by reference that certain code known as the uniform sign code, as more particularly described in this section, except such portions as are amended, modified or deleted in this chapter, and the same is adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length in this chapter. B. Said code is the uniform sign code, 1997 edition, prepared by the International Conference of Building Officials, one copy of which is on file with the city clerk for use by the pub- lic. 1. The master fee schedule is on file in the office of the city clerk. C. Where there is a reference in the code to the "building official" it shall mean the "chief building official", or in the absence of the chief, the interim, temporary or acting chief building official. Fees for this code shall be as set forth in the master fee schedule'. (Ord. 1669 § 9, 1995) 20.34.020 Section 103(d) Amended -Penalties For Violation: Section 103(d) of the Uniform Sign Code is amended to read as follows: Section 103(d).
