Buildings with masonry walls <br />which lack reinforcing. <br />B. Buildings with walls which are <br />not structurally tied to the roof and <br />floors. <br />C. Buildings whose ground floors <br />have open fronts with little or no cross- <br />wise bracing. <br />D.
