B. There is adopted by reference that certain code known as the California Building Standards Code 1998 Edition (24 CCR), and including by reference the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1997 Edition, and appendix chapters A, B, C, D, F, G, H and I, published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials. Three (3) copies of this code are on file with the City Clerk for use by the public. C. Where there is a reference in the code to the "Administrative Authority" it shall mean the "Director of Building Inspection" or in the absence of the Director, the Interim, Temporary or Acting Director of Building Inspection. There is adopted by reference that certain code known as the Uniform Permit Fees. The fees for said Code shall be as set forth in the Master Fee Schedule'.
