There is adopted by reference that certain code known as the Uniform Mechanical Code, more particularly described in this Section, except as amended, modified or deleted in this Chapter, and the same is adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length in this Chapter. B. Said code is the California Build- ing Standards Code 1998 Edition (24 CCR), and including by reference the Uniform Mechanical Code, 1997 Edi- tion, and appendix chapters A, B, C and D, published by the International Con- ference of Building Officials. Three (3) copies of this code are on file with the City Clerk for use by the public. C. Where there is a reference in the code to the "Building Official" it shall mean the "Director of Building Inspec- tion" or in the absence of the Director, the Interim, Temporary or Acting Di- rector of Building Inspection. The fees for such code shall be as set forth in the Master Fee Schedule'. (Ord. 1669 § 4, 1995) 20.16.020 Section 111.2 -Penalties: Section 111.2 of the California Building Standards Code 1998 Edition (24 CCR), and including by reference the Uniform Mechanical Code, 1997 Edition, is amended as follows: 111.2 Penalties. Penalties for viola- tions will be as provided in Section 1.12.020 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code.
