20.24.040 5. "Uniform Fire Code" means the City of Pleasanton fire code. (Ord. 1778 § 6, 1999; Ord. 1669 § 6, 1995) 20.24.055 Section 105.3.1 Added - Fees: Section 105.3.1 is added to the Uniform Fire Code to read: 20.24.050 Fire Suppression Fees: Section 104.4 is added to the Uni- form Fire Code to read: Section 104.4 The fire department may chazge fees that reasonably constitute the cost of suppression and investigation of any fire against a property owner or other responsible person when the fire is a result of that person's violation of any federal statute, state statute or local ordinance. (Ord. 1778 § 6, 1999; Ord. 1669 § 6, 1995) 105.3.1 The requirements of this article shall be subject to the permits specified in the Uniform Building Code and/or Uniform Fire Code as adopted and amended. Permit or plan review fees may be provided by resolution of the City Council or as provided by the Uniform Building Code and/or Uniform Fire Code. Any required plans shall be submitted to the fire depaztment for review and approval prior to the issuance of any permits required by this Article.
