20.58.010 <br />Chapter 20.58 <br />UNIFORM SOLAR ENERGY CODE <br />Sections: <br />20.58.010 Uniform Solar Energy <br /> Code Adopted <br />20.58.015 Cost Of Permit <br />20.58.020 Violation And <br /> Penalties <br />20.58.010 Uniform Solar Energy <br />Code Adopted: <br />A. There is adopted by reference that <br />certain code known as the Uniform <br />Solar Energy Code more particularly <br />described in this Section, except such <br />portions as are amended, modified or <br />deleted in this Chapter and the same is <br />adopted and incorporated as fully as if <br />set out at length in this Chapter. <br />B. Said code is the Uniform Solar <br />Energy Code, 1997 Edition, prepared <br />by the International Association of <br />Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, <br />three (3) copies of which are on file <br />with the City Clerk for use by the pub- <br />lic. <br />C. For the purposes of this Chapter, <br />all references in the Uniform Solar <br />Energy Code to the "Administrative <br />Authority" shall mean the Director of <br />Building Inspection, or in the absence <br />of the Director, the Interim, Temporary <br />or Acting Director of Building Inspec- <br />tion. (Ord. 1778 § 13, 1999) <br />20.58.015 Cost Of Permit: <br />Section 109 of the Uniform Solar <br />Energy Code is amended to read as <br />follows: <br />The Uniform Solar Energy Code fees <br />shall be as set forth in the Master <br />Fee Schedule'. <br />(Ord. 1778 § 13, 1999) <br />20.58.020 Violation And Penalties: <br />Section 106 of the Uniform Solar <br />Energy Code is amended to read as <br />follows: <br />Penalties for Violation. Penalties for <br />violations will be as provided in <br />Section 1.12.020 of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code. <br />(Ord. 1778 § 13, 1999) <br />1.
